Two temple trips and a pizza buffet!

Hello everyone!
I hope you all had a great week and 2 days since I last emailed. Last week for our p-day we went with a group of missionaries to visit Toledo, which is famous for its sword shops, which was super cool to see. The city itself looks ancient and really cool, and the swords were even cooler. All of them are made by local shops. They also had a lot of Lord of the Rings replica swords which was super awesome. This week we also went over to a member's house, the Díez family, who is an older couple who lives alone. They like having us over because the man likes to show us all of the cool stuff he has. Whenever we go over he lets me and another Hermana in our area play the piano and he also has a basement where he does scientific experiments so he'll just show us a few cool things that he does, and also the last time he set up a swing for us in his backyard.
Also last week we did exchanges with our zone leaders, so Elder Molina and I both spent a day in Torrejon de Ardoz, an area on the outskirts of Madrid. It's more urban than Guadalajara, so it was a bit different. I spent the day with Elder Wade, from St. George, and we had a few lessons planned, which went well. The thing about Torrejon is that there's a high population of Africans there, which meant a couple of the lessons were in English, which was kind of weird, but it was cool to be able to do that.
This week we also got to go to the temple twice! Once today, with our zone as a part of the normal schedule, and the other time was on Saturday. My companion Elder Molina's sister is getting married in November right after he gets home and his future brother-in-law went through the temple last Saturday. Since Elder Molina actually baptized him before he was here out on his mission, our mission president gave us permission to go to that temple session. It was pretty cool to be able to meet his family, they were super nice.
Today for our p-day we didn't do much since we went to the temple this morning; we went to lunch at Dominos pizza, which in Spain is a buffet. What you do is you pay then order as much pizza as you want. Between me and Elder Molina and the Hermanas in our area, we ate 3 large pizzas, but it was pretty fun.
We have one person who we've been meeting with, Rosa Maria, who seems pretty interested in the church. She is from El Salvador and she has only been in Spain for 4 months so she's still getting settled with residency paperwork but she's come to church the past two Sundays and she seems like she's planning on coming to more which is awesome. It's great to be able to teach lessons to her and to be able to watch her learn more about and understand the gospel.
Something that I learned this week is the value of hard work. When we work as hard as we can, especially when it comes to the gospel, God really blesses us. It doesn't matter what we accomplish as long as we try our hardest, and even if times seem hard right now, they'll always get better as long as we endure with hope in Christ. I love you all and I hope you have an awesome week.
Elder Corey Dobbs
